英文函電的重要性及學(xué)習(xí)方法進(jìn)出口函電是按照國際慣例、以英語書面形式進(jìn)行國際貿(mào)易業(yè)務(wù)磋商及操作的手段,同時也為貿(mào)易雙方的交易起到“書證”的作用,因此在國際貿(mào)易的實(shí)際運(yùn)作中處于不可或缺的地位。我們所用的電子郵件本身也是一封“信函”,只不過是電子版的,同時電子郵件還可以以“附件”的方式傳送“信函”。很多人在剛開始寫信函的時候最頭疼的就是信函的格式,畢竟不是日常使用的東西,還有人一看到英文就頭大。信函加英文足以殺死你的大部分腦細(xì)胞,但是我們又不得不去學(xué)它。因為它體現(xiàn)的是商業(yè)文化和商業(yè)禮儀,以及信函撰寫者的教養(yǎng)。并且凡需起到法律或行政憑據(jù)作用、或需具有“可追溯”作用的重要信息依然必須以“信函”的格式撰寫、并由相關(guān)人員親筆簽名加以確認(rèn)。好啦,了解了信函的重要性,現(xiàn)在我們進(jìn)入正題——英文信函的格式。英文信函的格式我把它拆分成英文和信函格式。英語不好的同學(xué)也不用擔(dān)心學(xué)不好格式,因為寫格式只需要用到一些固定的單詞,信函的具體內(nèi)容基本可以靠對方的函件要求寫出來。信函中的英文方面只需要大家記住等等列出的格式中的關(guān)鍵詞即可~格式按照下面給的照抄就行。英文信函的格式小提示:信函一般有縮進(jìn)式(段首空字符)和齊頭式(左頂格),國外一般用齊頭式,所以接下來我使用的都是齊頭式。(信頭:一般是寫這封信的公司的名字和地址,位置居中)空三行(小提示:信函每個部分之間都有間距,我會在部分與部分之間標(biāo)出,紙張寫作時雖然沒有橫線但是可以自己控制,電子郵件時需要嚴(yán)格控制。)Date 日期(位置居左中右皆可,注意美國的格式是MDY月日年,而大多數(shù)歐洲信函是DMY日月年)空兩行Inside Adress 封內(nèi)地址 (對方公司的照抄就好)Attention Line (寫收信人不在時的處理人,信函上表達(dá):attention:/ attn. /:/ for the attention of 這三種表達(dá)法)空兩行 :收信人 (當(dāng)封內(nèi)地址是一個公司或者團(tuán)體時,歐洲人習(xí)慣寫成: Dear Sirs or Mmes,/ Dear Sirs;而美國人習(xí)慣寫:Ladies/ Gentlemen: 或者 Gentlemen: 而當(dāng)?shù)刂肥莻€體時,不知道姓名性別或者只知道性別的是寫:Dear Sir or Madam/ Dear Sir/ Dear Madam; 都知道的寫:Dear Mr./ Mrs. /Miss + surname 比如Smith就是surname;如果對方有特殊頭銜的話比如醫(yī)生,就這樣寫:Dear Mr. Smith)空兩到三行The Body of the Letter (信的主體部分:段與段之間空一行,行與行之間單倍行間距。)空兩行The Close, eg.
